Evergreen Newborn Photographer|Baby Boy H

Love this local Evergreen family! I photographed their newborn baby girl almost 2 yrs ago. I found out in Dec. they were expecting a baby boy and I was so excited when she emailed to let me know their little boy had arrived.

Evergreen Newborn Photographer, baby pictures, baby boy in bucket, sibling pictures, So the little one in pig tails was not really into having her picture taken, she is very shy and mom was pretty much by her side. Were were trying to get a picture of her with her baby brother in the bucket but she was just not having it so I decided to just get one by herself, I think it worked out pretty well.

High School Senior Session Miss S

High School Senior Session

Although I specialize in photographing newborns I occasionally am honored when a parent asks me to to photograph their high school seniors. I wanted to share this pretty young lady who will be graduating in May, congratulations and wishing many great adventures ahead. Last time I photographed her and her family she was 12 yrs old.

She is pretty excited to move on to her next chapter in life and is patiently waiting for her acceptance into an out of state collage on the Pacific West Coast.

I know that her mom is so very proud of this young lady!

Newborn Baby Girl T

When they say the sweets gifts come in tiny packages this newborn baby girl fit the bill! Her parents had been waiting for this little one to join their lives for a while now and will be truly loved! She was 4 weeks old when she came for her newborn session and pretty much slept through it all until the end. We even got a few smiles out of her, I was pretty ecstatic when we started right of the bat with one.

When mom saw this first image she told me that is how she sleeps all the time, so yep this one is going to be hanging in her room. Three generations of pure perfection! This little one will treasure these images forever!

I have to say I am in love with the images of mom and baby. One of these might just have to be a new studio canvas.

Right after we photographed mom and baby she went back to sleep so I got a few more unplanned photos of her. These happen to be the colors of her room and boy does she have a pretty neat nursery. I am going to have mom send me photos once she gets her images on the wall. Look for those in a Facebook very soon.

This little newborn baby was 11 days new when he came to my studio for his newborn session. I have to say I just love this mom. She is so down to earth and a local art teacher and a wonderful one at that. She has several art paintings hanging up through her home. When they came to the studio I got to meet her wonderful mother-in-law who lives out of state but comes to Colorado pretty often to enjoy her grandbaby.

I had mom and dad come back for a short session so we could include them with their new baby and boy am I glad I did, this is something very near and dear to my heart! I encourage it, sometimes the parents decline but I explain to them this is the most precious gift they can give to their children.

Mom was so in love with her session she had almost 50 images in her gallery. We narrowed it down ordered her some prints and a beautiful album she will get enjoy and pass down to her son some day. Here are just a few images from his session.

Love when my clients give a shot out on FB. ” I want to give Carrie Edwards Photography a shout out! Carrie is a baby whisperer! She photographed my son as a new born and he did a 4 hour session in complete cooperation. Well, he did have an accident on her, but she didn’t mind at all! She kept him happy and content. I saw the photos today and they are stunning! If you are interested in having your baby photographed, I totally recommend her!”

Love when we can get a couple props in. His room is themed with stars and moons so of course I had to use the moon and of course she had to purchase it.

Evergreen Family Photographer, the P Family

A few weeks ago I photographed this wonderful family from Evergreen. I had photographed their newest editions newborn session back in March and was pretty excited to meet the rest of the family. We did their session at their home. When I arrived there it started raining and as we started the session it continued to thunder and rain so our hopes of doing some of the session outside did not happen. Their home was gorgeous and the lightning was perfect, I captured some wonderful images of all the kiddos and their family photo. I had so much fun, the kids were amazing and can I say so very adorable! Dad shared with me after the session was over that he was not fond of having his photos taken and dreading it just a tad. I would have never known, he was cutting up during the session. I just loved photographing this beautiful family!
