Evergreen Birth Story Photographer

The birth of a child is truly the most amazing event that can happen to a couple, changing the whole dynamics from a couple to a family. I was honored to photograph this wonderful birth story and watching this couple become a family for the first time.  Seeing the love between them, watching them fall in love with their beautiful daughter and capturing the moments when parents become first time grandparents brings me great joy!

After corresponding back and forth I met with mom on April 16th. She looked amazing and is such a sweetie we talked how the birth story session worked here due date was just a couple weeks away set for April 29th. On Monday April 21st mom sent me a text at about 4:15am to let me know she was at the hospital, at that time she was dilated 1.5 cm. We continued to keep in touch throughout the day at 6:45am she had progressed  to 2 cm. By 1:30pm she had made it to 3cm. It was a slow progression for her. By 9:15 she had dilated to 5cm, I loaded up my car and headed on down to the hospital. Mom had gotten little sleep during this whole time, when I arrived she was finally getting some much needed rest. Mom had family all around  to give her support and at 1:48 a.m. she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

Mom did amazing! Congratulations to the two of you!
